Our certificates
HACCP
In order to fulfill the food hygiene requirements, our products and processes are audited and certified annually according to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
Systecode
Systecode is the official certificate of the European Cork Association CE Liege. (www.celiege.eu). Based on very strict requirements there are different levels - basic, excellence and premium. Gültig is the only cork manufacturer in Germany to have this certificate.
FSC®
The product line Bioconcept guarantees that the cork wood comes exclusively from FSC-forests. Gültig has this tested and confirmed by the TUV Nord annually. (see www.fsc.org)
Sustainability
The certificate ‚Assured Sustainability‘ stands for ecology, economy and public-mindedness. This is
measured by quality of product, service and client counseling; in economically-oriented future direction as well as ecological and social responsibility.
